Re : Residents’ Complaints

As you are aware, the majority of you, our fellow residents, had given us your consensus to proceed with several security measures, which included the closure of the barrier gates at various times. It has indeed brought added comfort to the Taman with this additional measure.

However, it now appears that some residents do not view our actions positively and regrettably, have taken action into their own hands by lodging complaints with the MPAJ. The Committee has tried on many occasion to discuss this matter towards an amicable solution; sadly, we have not been able achieve the desired results.

Please rest assured that the Committee will always take into consideration the needs of all residents and will try to implement measures that will benefit the community. Sometimes, some amount of sacrifice is needed for the greater good of our Taman and our beloved community. Below, we have attached the various forms communications received from the residents who are not satisfied with our actions. Perhaps, it will help you understand some of the difficulties the Committee faces in trying to carry out its duties.

There are mainly 2 residents who disagree with the security barrier implementation and they have lodged official complaints with the MPAJ.

The Committee is very encouraged by the strong support shown by all residents. In everything we do, we seek your support and consensus for it is for the benefit of all residents. It is the community that we all share and it would indeed be great if we can make our beloved Taman a safe haven for our families and children.

Together – we can make this a reality.

Dear Residents,
The new fencing construction next to kids playground has been fully completed. However, the committee felt that the construction quality are not up to standard and has requested for the contractor to rectify the work. The contractor final payment has been put on hold pending rectification work.

I would like to suggest the following plan and strategy for the Kawasan Lapang issue as follows:-

PLAN FOR COLLECTION OF DONATION FOR PUT UP FENCING:-

1. Drafting of letter and circulars to all the residents to inform the association intention to build up fencing.

2. Attached together the donation form slip for the residents to fill up and signed and returned to the association with the donation money. (As a record data for our audit and accounts record)

3. Once they submit the donation, kindly ready with THE PETITION FORM (as per sample for the barrier I did email last week). Kindly request them to sign.

4. For those residents which refused to donate, and agreed with the suggestion, PLEASE COLLECT THEIR SIGNATURE FOR THE PETITION FORM TOO. (we cant forced resident to donate)

REQUEST FOR LAND POSSESSION UNDER T.O.L. (TEMPORARY OCCUPATION OF LAND)

1. We need to get and collect TOL APPLICATION FORM (BORANG PERMOHONAN PENDUDUKAN SEMENTARA TANAH ) A.S.A.P from Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Hulu Langat. The location is at Bangi.

2. We file submission for the kawasan lapang before THE PASAR TANI REQUEST FOR THE PLACE AS PARKING AREA. I had investigate AND IS TRUE THAT PASAR TANI COMMITTEE ARE UNDER PROCESS TO REQUEST THE LAND AS PARKING AREA.

3. UPON FILING OUR APPLICATION OF THE KAWASAN LAPANG, I will prepare a letter requesting support letter from ADUN AND AHLI PARLIMEN PANDAN.

Thefore the strategy of submission the application attached with the following documents:

a. The T.O.L. Application Form.
b. The Petition Signature of Support form Residents for our application of the kawasan lapang (Hopefully we can gathered 80% and above signatures for this case)
c. SUPPORT LETTER FROM THE FOLLOWING:
I. YB TUAN ISKANDAR, ADUN CHEMPAKA.
II. YB DATUK ONG TEE KEAT, AHLI PARLIMEN PANDAN.
III. TUAN HAJI MEOR RITHUAN, AHLI MAJLIS MPAJ ZON 16.

The strategy and plan is very clear. TIME FRAME IS 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR US TO SUBMIT OUR APPLICATION. The fee for T.O.L. is affordable for our association to pay to Land Office.

I NEED HELP FROM COMMITTEE TO COLLECT THE T.O.L. APPLICATION FORM ON BEHALF OF OUR ASSOCIATION since my schedule is very tight for this week and next week.

NEED VOLUNTEER TO ASSIST OUR MS. LAU AI NAH AND MR. NASH IN THIS PROJECT.

Together we make this project as a SUCCESSFULL AND MEANINGFULL PROJECT FOR THE BENEFITS OF THE RESIDENTS. Furtherance, its not fair to scraps all our planted tree during gotong royong just for the satisfaction of the pasar tani business!!

EMERGENCY SUGGESTED PLAN:

Collect Petition from all residents to request MPAJ to allows PASAR TANI ONCE A WWEEK AND NOT TWICE A WEEK or…

COLLECT PETITION REQUEST MPAJ TO REMOVE THE PASAR TANI TO OTHER AREA! (might be not agreeable by the residents)
