SITE VISIT FROM TNB TRANSMISSION - TODAY @ 3:15PM

Wednesday, March 4th, 2009

Dear All Committee Members & Block Reps,

This morning, Encik Fuad from Transmission Dept. TNB had contact me and request for joint site visit today at 3:30pm for gotong royong:-

Encik Fuad contact no. is 019- 3167147. As for all comm. & Block Reps information, the TNB Rentis Area and the stepdown plant inclusive of various department.

(In fact I learn a lot of new thing today). From the discussion just now, basically another two TNB department involved are:-

1. Switching Link – UNDER SHAH ALAM SUPERVISION
2. Transmission Division – Under Encik Fuad as above.

Hence, the purpose of Encik Fuad visit is to allocate the manpower and TNB contractor to involve in our gotong royong and concentrate at around the transmission plant and the Switching link plus under the tower (beside IWK and nearby bridge connecting Desa Pandan).

At the site visit, it was resolved that Encik Fuad during the gotong royong will provide the TNB contractor to clean up the following area:-

1. Surrounding of Step down transmission plant – they will trim all the grass around especially immediate place after the TNB fencing… up to the TNB entrance and nearby the PETRONAS gas tank

2. They will clean up the side lane and surrounding under the TNB Tower (immediate after the Desa Pandan bridge connecting to our Taman)

For the Rentis Area at the end of Jalan Hilir 6 (nearby the end lock drainage system-whereby the current rentis storage their lorry)- this is under the supervision of switching link Shah Alam. I did mentioned about trimming the tree along end the rentis area heading to the kampong side (nearby the IWK mini plant) at Hilir 6 and up keep of the Rentis Area. Encik Fuad will inform the switching link Shah Alam dept to clean up the place during the gotong royong (he will inform the dept-hopefully they will participate).

AT the site visit, I take the opportunity to request on behalf of the TSAH Association requesting to rent out the vacant rentis area immediate infront of the guard house. Encik Fuad will sms me the PIC of the division of renting the rentsi area. I did informed him about the unhealthy motorbike repair shop that operate only at night. They will check the status of it.

As per up to date, we have full support from MPAJ and also TNB. We hope that our residents will give their full commitment towards gotong royong.

Thank you
Faizal Mohammad Arshad

Barrier Gate Issue

Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009

From: Angie Soo Moi Chin [mailto:angie.soo@rhbinvestmentbank.com]

Dear All
Everybody awared and agreed on the Opening of the Boom Gate in the MORNING and AFTERNOON, EVENING on the SCHEDULE TIME is for the flow of the SCHOOL BUS.
I noticed that , Boom Gate at Jln Hilir 4 only open in the morning and closed in the evening. I saw the Big Bus after dropping the student and reverse his big bus at Jln Hilir 5 ( in front of TNB station ). Imagine those hse owner’s car will be in the risk of getting hit by the reversed big bus.
About 6.20 am this morning, a red colour MyV was parked in front of the Boom Gate Jalan Hilir 4, causes the Bus cannot go through, despite the Bus driver has given a small alert of pressing the ‘horn’, the owner of the car just ignored and refuse to remove his car.
Bus driver waited for sometimes, still nobody came out to remove the car, Bus driver horn again, the loud horn has waked up the residents in the morning.
The angry sleeping resident scolded the bus driver for making the sound and requested the Bus driver to reverse his bus if he could’nt get through the road.
Please be mindful, is it difficult to reverse a small car for such a long distance, in the darkness, what more you expect for a Long bus.
If the road was not blocked by the red car, do you think that the Bus driver will make noise in the morning. Bus driver in respect of their Profession and will not simply making noise in such early in the morning. Anybody with common sense or considerations understand the rules of not to make loud noise in the late night or early in the morning when everybody need rest.
Security guard also not doing their job, they have to ensure nothing blocking the exit once the Boom Gate open.
( Security should inform the car owner if the Boom Gate was block because they have the whole garden’s car list ).
When the incident happen, the security was rounding at Jln Hilir 5, and he do not take any action knowing the incident has happened at Jln Hilir 4
Dear Committee, please look into the case. Kindly assist me to delivere this message to the residents of Tmn Sri Angsana Hilir as I do not have their email address.

PURPOSE OF OPENING OF BOOM GATE IN THE MORNING , AFTERNOON AND EVENING

Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009

Anna Wong anna@vxlgroup.com

Dear all,

I heard the commotion but do not know who is the owner. Perhaps, we can inform all owners not to part in front of the boom gate as a standard practice, as we never know when we need to open the gate in case of an emergency, besides the case of the bus having to go by but the car is obstructing the path.

This I suppose can apply to the main boom gates of Hilir 4 & 5.

Please consider.

Regards, Anna
