Chairman – Taman Sri Angsana Hilir Residents’ Association
Salam and greetings to all,
Dear Mr Prez and all,
I received a call yesterday evening from one of our residents complaining about his dissatisfaction on the misused purposes of a small land/ground in H5. He was trying to get a peaceful and happy time with his children at the ground only to find out that the ground is filled with lots of dog’s poo.
The ground which was proposed by TSAH committes to become the playground for the benefits of our children has been misused by some residents as a dumping ground for their pets to “do their business” . Unfortunately, I was told that some of the dogs’ owner are the GCs of TSAH themselves!!!??
There’s nothing wrong to have pets; no matter if its a dog, cats or even a tiger…but atleast have some knowledge on how to handle them, especially if you plan to take them out of your compound and going to public places. People in a develope country like in America bring their dogs out for a walk in public park BUT if their dogs pooed, they collect it and put them in plastic bags and flushed it in their toilet.
C’mon guys, we are all grown up, educated and civilised people here…have some respects towrds the surroundings especially towards the people and also the environment.
I really hope to get everyones’ cooperation on this matter especially the dogs owner. We definately can live in a healthier, peaceful and better environment if we have better understandings and respect each other more.
Thx
Love peace and respect
Kamal
Salam and Greetings to all Residents,
Re : Residents’ Complaints
As you are aware, the majority of you, our fellow residents, had given us your consensus to proceed with several security measures, which included the closure of the barrier gates at various times. It has indeed brought added comfort to the Taman with this additional measure.
However, it now appears that some residents do not view our actions positively and regrettably, have taken action into their own hands by lodging complaints with the MPAJ. The Committee has tried on many occasion to discuss this matter towards an amicable solution; sadly, we have not been able achieve the desired results.
Please rest assured that the Committee will always take into consideration the needs of all residents and will try to implement measures that will benefit the community. Sometimes, some amount of sacrifice is needed for the greater good of our Taman and our beloved community. Below, we have attached the various forms communications received from the residents who are not satisfied with our actions. Perhaps, it will help you understand some of the difficulties the Committee faces in trying to carry out its duties.
There are mainly 2 residents who disagree with the security barrier implementation and they have lodged official complaints with the MPAJ.

It is the community that we all share and it would indeed be great if we can make our beloved Taman a safe haven for our families and children.
Together – we can make this a reality.
Please do participate in the online forums and Facebook community created for our Taman and make your voice heard. We all have ideas that we can share and your comments will be much appreciated.

Good morning to you too En Faizal,
Regarding your email below, we are glad that the brick wall at the PMU was constructed to your satisfaction. Thank you so much for the update.
Regarding your request to construct a brick fence around the substation at Jalan Hilir 4 ( if memory serves me right, there was a explosion at the substation 2 years ago and the residents are concerned should there be a similar occurrence, an unfortunate passer by might be hurt ), I have discussed the matter with Mr Shah Nawaz.
Mr Shah Nawaz will discuss this issue with his colleagues from the Maintenance Section at KL Pusat TNB Office and will write you a reply which you can then forward to the members of TSAH Resident’s Association.
If there are any other matters that I can assist you with please do not hesitate to give me a call.
Regards

Below is the update regarding the illegal tresspass of land under the TNB High Voltage Tower (Before bridge to Desa Pandan):
Today morning, at 13/11/2009 @ 11:46am received sms from Encik Meor, he forward the sms received from Encik Addy, the Enforcement Unit Director, MPAJ as follows:
“UNTUK MAKLUMAN TUAN, PEMBAKARAN TERBUKA DI HUJUNG JALAN HILIR 3 DI ANGSANA HILIR MENGHALA KE DESA PANDAN SEBELAH KANAN ADALAH DI DALAM KAWASAN DBKL DAN PIHAK JABATAN TELAH MEMANJANGKAN ADUAN TUAN KEPADA PIHAK DBKL. TERIMA KASIH DIATAS KEPERIHATINAN TUAN”.
Now it seems that MPAJ takes more than 7 days to notify us that the place is under DBKL. A MAJOR CONFLICT ARISE HERE SINCE DURING THE MEETING WITH DBKL and MPAJ OFFICERS INCLUDING ENCIK AWANG AND ENCIK HASROL- before the bridge is under the boundry of MPAJ and DBKL boundry is after the bridge.
Due to unsatisfaction answer from MPAJ, I had sms to YB Iskandar as Exco Infra of Selangor State to seek his advice and he had sms me as follows:-
“SAYA AKAN TULIS SURAT KEPADA DBKL AND JABATAN ALAM SEKITAR (J.A.S)”.
Anyway, we just wait for the reply and response from TNB regarding the status of the land as the land is under Rentis TNB.
Kind regards
Faizal Mohammad Arshad
